Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This NDA is entered into by the person submitting this form ("Author") and Safoo Publications ("Company") for the purpose of protecting confidential information submitted during the collaboration process.

1. Definition of Confidential Information

Includes, but is not limited to: manuscript content, project ideas, illustrations, personal contact details, communications, and any material marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

2. Obligation of Confidentiality

Safoo Publications agrees not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information submitted by the Author for any purpose other than reviewing, evaluating, and collaborating on the Author’s project.

3. Duration

This NDA shall remain in effect indefinitely with respect to all confidential information received, unless superseded by mutual written agreement.

4. Exclusions

This NDA does not apply to information that:

• Is or becomes publicly known through no fault of Safoo Publications,

• Is rightfully obtained by Safoo Publications from another source without restriction,

• Is independently developed by Safoo Publications without use of the Author’s confidential information.

  
  

5. Binding Agreement

By ticking the agreement box or signing the form, the Author confirms understanding and acceptance of these confidentiality terms.

6. Project Acceptance and Timeframe

Safoo Publications reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted project at its sole discretion. Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee publication or partnership. Additionally, the timeframe for reviewing, producing, and completing any publishing project may vary based on the scope, complexity, and workload at the time of submission. No fixed timeline is guaranteed, and all estimates are subject to change.
